First SS Post!!

Apologies for that secret post being so late (if anyone was actually waiting to read it).
This project has taught me at least one things already: the most beautiful secrets are not always the most wonderful.
Also, does anyone know if I can post images (such as secrets) without shrinking them and not having them be cut off on the side?
And also, feel free to comment on the secrets. The comments are screened but I will add a few perhaps (much like Frank adds some emails on Post Secret).

Saturday Secrets

I have clearly been neglecting this journal but it has a new purpose now! It has become home of the Saturday Secrets. Saturday Secrets are collections of 10 secrets posted on

ljsecret throughout the week and posted on Saturday in this journal in a Post Secret manner. The point isn't to say the rest aren't good enough, because there will always be more than 10 worthy secrets in a week, but rather to showcase some well-made secrets (especially those that show the same qualities as Post Secret secrets: some degree of universality, truly anonymous, touching, true, happy, sad, hopeful, etc) in a different context than

ljsecretdoes. Obviously these secrets will have already been seen throughout the week but hopefully this project brings a new level of enjoyment to them and allows you to experience them in a different way. I considered starting a community for this project but I thought it was the sort of thing that needed a more personal touch. Comments on the secret posts will be screened and only added on occasion (much like on Post Secret).
I just wanted to add as a last thought that there will undoubtedly be some difference in opinions of which secrets should be chosen and which are "better", etc. I'd like to remind everyone that, just like Frank, I'm one person. Don't take offense if your secret didn't fit the "story" of the week or if a secret that really pissed you off shows up again here.

My New Project

I have finally decided to do something about my missing muse. I have decided that I have to write something every day. Since this new stuff really isn't me at my peak, I am not going to post it with my other writing but instead add it as comments here.
